Duties:

Territory Technical Manager – USA
Duties:
-Responsible for all pre-sales and post-sales activities in the Territory:
• Demonstrations, benchmarks and training for resellers and end users.
• Update and develop training tools and knowledge database, in coordination with the other technical departments;
• Liaise with R&D and support departments to report technical issues from the field.
-Manage and develop the technical expertise of the network of Value Added Resellers in North America.
-Feed back market information to Corporate Product Marketing.
Profile:
-University technical degree.
-At least two years experience in technical software pre-sales activities. Knowledge of simulation software and of the plastic industry is a definitive plus.
-Knowledge of at least one of the main CAD software ( SolidWorks, PTC Creo or SIEMENS Solid Edge)
-Self achiever, ability to work in an independent environment, good relationship with customers.
-Willingness to travel

Pre-Sales Trainee
Main duties :
-perform simulation analysis on plastic parts for validation of SIMPOE technology by customers.
-software demonstration and training.
Position initially based at SIMPOE headquarters in Paris suburbs, with a strong international dimension. The position can evolve in full time employment as Pre-Sales Application Engineer for the right committed candidate.
Desired skills & Experience
Engineering degree. Mechanical, Plastics or Fluid Dynamics a plus.
Ability to take initiative and work under pressure, in an international context. Self achiever.
Fluent in French and English. A third language will be a plus.
Technical knowledge and good relationship with customers.
Mastering of basic computer tools ( pack office)
Knowledge of CAD and simulation software.
