Located close to Lyon in France, Ets Dutreuil designs and manufactures plastic moulds for various industries like automotive, medical and pharmaceutical, electronics and consumer goods.
Dutreuil uses Simpoe-Mold plastics injection mold simulation software to improve the tooling, to simulate the filling of very complex molds with variable geometries (different thicknesses) but also to pinpoint the air vents more precisely.
The design department also likes the ease-of-use of the system designed for non-simulation specialists.
